To make a good breakfast and therefore produce a good jam, we only rely on our best fruit, harvested from the trees when it is fully ripe.
Tangerines are harvested fresh and immediately brought to the laboratory to be cleaned from seeds and processed. The processing lasts about 3 days and at the end the product is cooked briefly with a tool that uses the vacuum to precisely obtain a jam with bright colors, fragrant and above all without preservatives or dyes.
The right consistency allows you to perfectly spread a slice of bread, or to accompany a good cutting board of cheeses and enrich your tables with the intoxicating scent that is released as soon as you open the jar.
Our jams are produced every year fresh and have a shelf life of 2 years, we obviously choose the recipe that contains the most fruit and very few sugars, in many varieties we always use cane sugar in a lesser part than fruit.
